INGREDIENTS
1 bottle (1L) fruit juice, of choice
4 cans (200ml each) Schweppes Grapefruit Flavoured Drink
Serving suggestion:
Citrus slices, of choice
Fine salt
Fresh herb, of choice
METHOD
1. Add the juice of choice to a 20cmx20cm tray and freeze for 4 hours until completely solid. *Chef’s Tip: Use your favourite fruit juice!
2. Once frozen, use a fork to scrape the surface of the hardened juice to form a slushie.
3. Brush the rim of 4 glasses with a citrus wedge and dip each rim in fine salt.
4. Divide the slushie between 4 glasses, top with Schweppes Grapefruit Flavoured Drink, garnish with citrus slices and fresh herbs of choice, and ENJOY!
